Chris Jones (and Deuce Electrical) was a Godsend! My 81 year old mother was gravely taken advantage of by another Houston-based company who not only oversold her on installing GFCI receptacles (both in price and the number needed), they even failed to install them correctly! The thought of my Mom living in a home with faulty wiring had me feeling overwhelmed with anxiety (and anger!). Chris was quick to come out to check on the work done. He then went above and beyond to write up his findings in great detail so I could submit it to the other company and fight to get her money back. Not only is Chris extremely knowledgeable, his act of kindness clearly demonstrates his INTEGRITY. I will always call on Deuce for any/all electrical needs and will forever be grateful for helping me advocate for my Mom. Thanks, Chris!
I want to give a BIG shout out and THANK YOU to Deuce Electrical. By the time we called them we were on our third electrician, after parting ways with our general contractor and deciding to handle the full renovation ourselves. To say the situation was a bit of a mess is putting it lightly. Chris and his team were expert trouble shooters, fixers of previous work, and finishing the job. Additionally, they were incredibly patient with all of my questions, and always very calm and informative. They will always be our FIRST call in the future!
